The 'Standard' sheets, as used in major European centres, are undergoing a process to adapt their usage to the major Middle-Eastern markets. The changes are described and made available below.

Introduction and explanation

The Cross Currency Calculator  has been adapted to include the major currencies in the region (AED, BHD, KWD and SAR). Note that this is a beta version which may require some further fine-tuning to match market conditions.

NB: If DealXL is not already installed, please install DealXL as normal, starting here

If DealXL is already installed, proceed as follows:

1. Install the Database Patch

The standard database patch needs to be replaced by downloading and running this file. This will provide DealXL with the necessary information about the four extra currencies and their relationship with other currencies when used in Cross calculations

2. Install the modified CCC and Data Adaptor

The standard CCC will be replaced with the "Middle-Eastern" beta version and by a modified Data Adaptor by downloading and running this file

That's it!
You may now open Excel, run the DSL_DA Data Adaptor and open CCC in the normal way
